HL7 Interfacing Inc. is a New York corporation owned and operated by Asmir Hasanbegovic, providing healthcare‑IT integration consulting (HL7, FHIR, Epic) and technology advisory services. Contact: leads@clinsentia.com.

We collect only what you provide or what is needed to operate the site:
- Contact details you submit — name, email, phone number, company, and your message — when you reach out about an engagement or book a consultation.
- Communications you send us by email, web form, SMS, or scheduling tools.
- Basic, privacy‑respecting usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand site performance.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, discuss and deliver consulting/advisory engagements, schedule calls, and improve the website. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.
Mobile information & SMS
If you provide your mobile number and check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, we may reply by SMS about the inquiry you initiated (see our SMS Terms and Terms & Conditions). SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit the form. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt‑in consent, mobile phone numbers, or text messaging data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Service providers
We use a small set of vetted vendors strictly to operate the business — hosting and database, transactional email, scheduling, SMS/voice delivery, and AI assistance for drafting replies. They process data only on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and not for their own marketing. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
Retention & security
We keep contact and engagement records only as long as needed for the relationship and our legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
Your choices
