Program description
HL7 Interfacing Inc. (Asmir Hasanbegovic, “we”) sends one‑to‑one SMS text messages to people who have contacted us through the contact form on this website about a business or consulting inquiry and who voluntarily opted in to texts. Messages are conversational and service‑related — replying to your inquiry, coordinating and confirming consultation appointments, sending appointment reminders, and following up about your engagement. We do not send marketing blasts, purchased‑list outreach, or promotional bulk messages, and we do not sell or share your number.
Consent (opt‑in)
You opt in on our contact form by entering your mobile number and actively checking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. The form can be submitted without checking that box, and SMS consent is optional, separate from accepting these terms or our Privacy Policy, and is never required to submit the form or to use any service. We only send texts to numbers given to us with that consent, for the specific inquiry you raised.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation — typically only while an active inquiry, consultation, or engagement is being discussed. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out & help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email leads@clinsentia.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to reply to the inquiry you initiated. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt‑in consent, mobile phone numbers, or text messaging data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
